Carbon Neutral since 2018

We have been operating as a carbon neutral business since 2018, and in 2020 we were certified by the Australian Government’s official climate body Climate Active.

A large practice with a small footprint

Our carbon footprint is currently 1/3 that of other businesses of a similar size. We offset our emissions by purchasing gold standard carbon credits.

Industry stewardship

We are proud members, participants and signatories in environmental industry bodies including Architects Declare, Not Business as Usual, B Corp, Net Zero 2030 and the Design Futures Council

War on Waste

We embarked on a “War on Waste” and in the process uncovered five simple steps — most free, others very low cost — to drastically improve our recycling efforts and reduce our annual contribution to landfill by nearly one-third.
